RIDERS REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years old and present proof of MC license and insurance
- Must ride a cruiser or touring bike or trike. No “crotch rockets”
- Must complete a form that provides vital information in case of an accident
- Must agree to ride in an organized formation
- Must attend a morning (15 minutes) meeting before each day’s run
- Absolutely no alcoholic beverages consumed during the run
- Drink water frequently for hydration
FORMATION AND STRUCTURE FOR RIDERS
+Ambassadors and Fuel Guards depart 10 minutes before other riders
+ Order for staggered riders: Lead Rider/ Two Road Captains, then Alternate Trike and 2 Wheelers throughout the line/ Last Rider is The Tail Gunner
RUN OFFICERS AND THEIR DUTIES
- Ambassadors – The designated riders who go ahead to make sure access to parking, etc. is available
- Fuel Guards – The riders who ride ahead to prepare for group fueling
- Run/Pac Leader – This is the lead rider
- Road Captains– They are responsible for entry and exit ramps (and other entries or exits) for safety of riders and public.
- Platoon Leaders – Every group of 20 riders will constitute a platoon. There will be one leader per platoon.
- Tail Gunners – Take care of the rear. Keep the formation reasonably tight and keep non-registered riders out. Must have a CB Radio.
- Truck & Trailer Carrier – For pick up and carry if a bike breaks down. Bike will be carried to nearest town or as designated on the Emergency Form.
